Our production line is designed to flexibly accommodate parts of different scales and geometries, and quality control steps applied at every stage ensure consistent, traceable results.

Coating Intake Process

Weight & Specification Check

Products are weighed in kilograms on intake and checked against the customer specification to confirm the coating request.

Recipe Setup

Based on the requested coating type, a product-specific process recipe (bath time, current, temperature) is configured.

Micron-Based Coating

The product is run through the coating line with the parameters that reach the target thickness (microns) most efficiently.

Facility Features

Our Degassing Furnace (Hydrogen Embrittlement Relief)

Controlled Temperature Management

The furnace precisely controls temperature in the 190-220°C range, eliminating hydrogen embrittlement risk in line with applicable standards.

Fast Bake-Out Process

Bake-out begins as soon as possible after plating (typically within 4 hours) to prevent further hydrogen diffusion into the material.

High-Capacity Furnace

With its high-volume batch capacity, it keeps production flowing without interruption.

Test-Verified Results

For critical parts, results are verified with embrittlement testing after bake-out.
