Before coating, all pre-treatment baths (degreasing, activation, etching) undergo regular chemical analysis to keep concentrations within specification.
The chemical composition of the coating baths is checked at regular intervals using volumetric titration methods, and any deviation detected is corrected immediately.
After coating, every batch is measured for coating thickness with the Fischerscope X-ray device and the results are recorded.

Parts coming out of coating are placed in our salt spray test (Neutral Salt Spray - NSS) device for the duration specified in the customer's specification to verify corrosion resistance. Performed under standardized, controlled temperature and humidity conditions, this test reliably simulates the coating's real-world durability in a laboratory setting, with a separate test report recorded for every batch.
